Background

History Tommy was born at RHS and bought by Rouge as a weanling the same year as many others. He was part of Rouge's upstart in performance horses and bought as a weanling to be trained, shown, and bred to start Rouge's programs off right. He came here when he was about 6 months old and has enjoyed an easy life thus far.

Personality Tommy is a playful boy, he loves to romp around the fields and when he's with his foal mates it's hard to get him to stop playing. He loves to run, and if he were actually faster he could of made a great racehorse. Despite being a ball of fury when turned out working with him is rather nice. He has a smart eye and picks up on things quickly. He isn't spooky unless it's something big that happens, most things don't phase him at all, and he has taken all his training so far in stride and works to please his handlers. He is a horse that needs his time off though. If you try to work with him too long or too often he can get frustrated and start to act out a little. He'll become stubborn and plant his feet or pin his ears back and toss his head. It's his way of saying he needs release and a break from everything.
